Registration on the new SPRAOI portal opens on Monday 28 September. Applications run from 19 October to 26 February, and the 2026 guide is due the week of 12 October. In the last round, registration closed before the application deadline and clubs with perfectly good projects were locked out for the want of ten minutes' paperwork.
